The Journal Record’s Innovators of the Year OKLAHOMA CITY – The Michael Group was recently nominated as the Journal Record’s Innovator of the Year, an award honoring the state’s hottest products or services which embody the innovative spirit. The Michael Group was nominated for their Wireless Call Accounting (WCA) web application program. WCA is designed for companies that want to easily and quickly navigate through their wireless billing information from each carrier so they can identify weak or problematic areas and immediately correct them. The Michael Group also received this award in 2002 for their historical and/or monthly audits of long distance billing records, which demonstrate billing errors with pinpoint accuracy and provide the detailed reporting necessary to correct accounts and obtain refunds for the client.
