IAAP HONORS EXECUTIVE OF THE YEAR

OKLAHOMA CITY – The International Association of Administrative Professionals today announced Larry Treas as the Executive of the Year for the Oklahoma City Chapter.

Treas is the president of The Michael Group, an independent telecommunications consulting firm located in Bethany, Oklahoma. He will be officially presented with the award on April 23 during the IAAP Oklahoma City Chapter’s Administrative Professionals Day event at the Express Event Center. The theme for the meeting is “Shaping the Future”.

“I am thrilled to receive this award from such a great organization,” said Treas. “At the Michael Group, we always try to encourage excellence among our administrative staff and the IAAP is a great way to accomplish that.”

Based out of Kansas City, Mo., the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) is a not-for-profit professional association with approximately 600 chapters and nearly 40,000 members and affiliates worldwide.

Since 1942, the Oklahoma City Chapter of IAAP seeks to provide outstanding support, education, and networking opportunities for administrative professionals.
